What is my size?
We vary in sizes from small, medium, large and extra large we recommend sizing up. For more extensive size details and international sizing, check out our size guide (add the hyperlink to size guide)

How do I care for my products?
Amor Intimates pieces are made with love and are very delicate. Please read the care labels carefully before you remove them.

Garments must be cold hand washed only, with a gentle soap. Garments that have been washed incorrectly and are damaged cannot be refunded.

Do not soak your garments too long, do not wash at a high heat and do not tumble dry.

What if my item was received damaged or faulty?
We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. However, if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us info@amorintimates.com.au so we can urgently review the matter for you! When you get in touch with us, please provide your order number and photographs of your item. Please be aware that items that have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or your misuse, will not be considered faulty.

What payment methods do you accept?
We use Shopify secure payment gateway for all safe and secure transactions. We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, AfterPay and many international cards.
All pricing is in AUD once you reach checkout.

How can I track my order?
After purchasing you will receive a payment confirmation email. Once the payment has been confirmed, the processing and shipping process will begin. Depending on your selected shipping method, a tracking number will be updated and emailed to your address after your purchase.
